John is the West Coast Sales Representative for Simms Fishing Products, St Croix Rods, Solitude Fly Co, Hatch Outdoors, and Waterworks Lamson.  He is a well published fishing photographer and writer with his work appearing  in Field and Stream, Fly Fisherman, The Drake, Fly Fish Journal, Cal Fly Fisher, and American Fly Fishing.  He has been documenting his expeditions with a camera since the age of 10.   John teamed up with Captain Mike Costello to produce the first and only Fly Fishing book dedicated to the California Delta, “Fly Fishing the CA Delta,” which has been one of the top selling Fly Fishing books.   He is also a globe-trotting angler that has fished and hosted trips in over 20 countries and throughout the US.  John lives in Discovery Bay, Ca on the bank of the San Joaquin Sacramento River Delta with his wife Natih, daughter Kalum, son Kasix and dog Miller.
